We are delighted to present our venue hire options, designed to cater to a variety of needs and preferences for your special occasion. Below are the details of our venue hire pricing, inclusions, and additional costs to consider.

Venue Hire Pricing

  • Monday/Tuesday: $2,900

  • Wednesday: $3,500

  • Thursday: $4,900

  • Friday/Saturday: $5,800

  • Sunday: $4,900


When you hire our venue, you will enjoy the following inclusions, with furniture, food, beverages and staffing available as additional options to enhance your experience.

  • Access Hours

    • Full access to the premises from 9 AM to 3 AM

  • Licensed Venue

    • Operating hours: licensed until 3am – 7 days per week

    • Complete bar access throughout your event.

  • In-house Sound System

    • Equipped with a wireless microphone for announcements and entertainment.

  • WiFi Access: 

    • High-speed internet available for all guests.

  • Post-Event Cleaning: 

    • We take care of cleaning up after your event to ensure a hassle-free experience.

  • Rubbish & Recycling Facilities: 

    • Easily accessible facilities for waste disposal.

  • Venue Manager: 

    • A dedicated venue manager to assist with planning and on-the-day coordination.

  • Beverage & Coffee Setup: 

    • Complimentary tea, plunger coffee, and serveware available.

  • Furniture:

    • Bar leaners and bar stools provided for your guests' comfort.

Additional Costs to Consider

Seated Dining Package: $18 per person

Our seated dining package is designed to create the perfect atmosphere, and each setting is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your unique vision.

We invite you to bring your own decorations and collaborate with your favorite stylist or planner, adding personal touches like florals and unique arrangements that truly reflect your style.

Your seated dining package includes;

  • Round or trestle tables and dining chairs for dining and buffet (if required)

  • High-quality linen and napkins

  • Glassware, Dinnerware and Cutlery

  • Cake table and present table

  • Easel for a welcome sign or seating plan

Food and Beverage Service Options

Whether you're looking to indulge in our delectable in-house kitchen offer, featuring a mouthwatering selection that will tantalize your taste buds, or if you prefer the freedom to bring your own culinary creations, we’ve got you covered.


Food Service

  • In-House Kitchen 

    From cheese stations that will make even the most avid cheese fan drool to live-shucked oysters and exquisite three-course dining experiences, our in-house kitchen offers an abundance of choices tailored to your preferences. Email us here to receive our latest MENU.

  • BYO Catering

    Enjoy the freedom of bringing your own catering! With our BYO catering option, you'll have full access to a fully equipped catering kitchen, which includes:

    • Oven

    • Deep Fryer

    • Grill

    • Hot Plate

    • Fridge

    • Freezer

    • Note: A BYO catering fee of $1,000 applies. Please remember that consumables such as oil, pans, and other cooking supplies are not included.


Beverage Service

  • Beverage on Consumption:

    You can choose beverages based on actual consumption during your event, or select a beverage package to simplify your planning. Email us here to receive our latest MENU.

  • BYO Beverages: 

    Should you opt to bring in your drinks, there is a BYO Beverage fee of $35 per person.

    *This option applies exclusively to the hirer only and does not permit individual guests to bring their own beverages into the Venue.

Staffing

Staffing is customized to meet the specific needs of your event, and you will only be charged for the hours of service from guest arrival to guest departure.

As a licensed premise, we will always have a Duty Manager on-site, and additional staff such as Bar Staff, Front of House/Wait Staff, Back of House, and Security will be tailored to your number of guests, desired service levels, and event duration.
